Cleaning Action of Soap...

hey guys, we just got this assessment task that asks us to explain the cleaning action of soap...
BUT i found the diagram my teacher gave us to explain was the same as the one in the excel HSC chemistry book, it's the one with the four steps in it, you know the one...
but anyway, the question asks us to explain each of the four steps represented in the diagram. can anyone help me with this? i've sort of got the first two steps (soap dissolves and orientation of ions) but the last two steps (agitation separates grease from surface and clean surface) are a little bit tricky for me! you'd be welcome to help me expand on the 1st and 2nd steps as well
thanks heaps
