Did any of your fellow chem of art ppl do the CSSA trial?
i thought the chem of art module was pretty easy. though i screwed up the colour changing one - i said it went from deep purple to colourless with an oxidation state change of +7 to +6 instead of changing to green!
apart from that nothing major.
what did you guys think??

We did our chem trial today. It wasn't CSSA though. It was all long answer type questions (3-7 marks each). I made it all up lol.

oh no i am a fan of pauli and hund - hated the question on the bonding in the complex ion because i described all of the bonding (including single and double covalent bonds) and so lost marks for that! so frustrated!!

ee!! that is frustrating....i mean okay single covalent bonds aren't that relevant to this but to lose marks for that!! i probably would have only talked about the octahedral thing and the coordinate covalent bonds.
