Is Conquering Chemistry a good textbook to use for this module?

Does it contain EVERYTHING we need to know, so that if I just remember the whole chapter I can score high marks in an exam?

Re: Is Conquering Chemistry a good textbook to use for this module?

the most recent edition is most probably the best hsc chem tect book on the market. but if you have the third edition, the yellow one, as most people do, i think its still alright, it covers everything you need to know but sometimes goes into maybe too much detail. the only other text that compares in chem contexts 2, but it doesnt cover some dot points - like the point about buffers is inexistent

I was just wondering if there were anyother books, but CC4 is too expensive. i guess i'll stick with CC3 then.

Alrighty thanks.

That version pointlessly discusses fats and oils which you may disregard as it is no longer in the syllabus.

meh... got it with school. happy cos its probably the best overall textbook but it makes use of paper by useless explanations of chem stuff not in the syllabus.
