i know what the definitions of reliability and validity are.. but i dont know how to assess/evaluate the reliability and validity of a secondary source. also, last year, the teachers commented that i need to give "examples" to support my answer... what are they looking for? quotes?

can anyone help me out? im so lost

thats a tough one. dont really know how to answer that. but when they say examples i guess u could say whether your source is considered to be made by a reliable author, or a reputable institution or even a person who has a masters degree in physics or something like that

Things to look for.
Multiple Sources with same information.

The person who has written the information is the primary source and they have appropriate qualifications in the information they are supplying or they are an expert who has assessed the data they are supplying.

The information is current. That is the source is not using information that is out of date.
