Simulating a waste disposal system

You can hide this advertisement by registering.
For my course - Earth and Environmental Science - we are given an assessment task that tells us to simulate a waste disposal system that treats stormwater containing sand, soil and plant material, in which we have to include such processes as filtration, sedimentation, precipitation and aeration.
i Have no idea how to do it!
please help me
