When referring to emerging technologies, does it specifically refer to things in development, or are we talking like already released.Such as an Iphone. 1 Nov 2009, 1:04 PM | Re: Emerging Technologies Hmm.. by emerging it means something which just has been released to the public or going to be released to the public.. better explain it lol.. like the iphone wouldve been great if it was in its 2G status.. you know like theyve released it but havent gone all out (3G) for testing purposes :S.. Better example is what imma use, the self-service checkout at Selected Woolies stores. Its a new technology which hasnt been full on implemented because theyre testing it out, hence emerging technology. Hope It Helped  |
