I wouldn't say 'father figure'. I'm far too irresponsible for that. I'm more like that cousin you see once a month who keeps trying to convince you go drinking. I think that's scarier.

Why do there seem to be a very sparse number of poets this year?

It's like this every year. It takes people a bit of time to come to their senses and realise how kick ass poetry is. I'm just trying to accelerate the realisation process. Glad to have you onboard!

Yeusss, I am - I'm really looking forward to it, cos I accelerated in Advanced and Ext 1 this year so I won't have those to worry about while I'm doing it. As far as I know, I'm the only one doing poetry out of my year this year (of forty kids starting the course ... selective school, we all like to overextend ourselves *rolls eyes*), so I'll be on here for sure working through it.

And as Lottox's signature clearly shows, it's the late comers that post more than anyone else. They just had to make up for all the lost time they didn't spend with the BOS community. Isn't that right Lottox? =P
