Is it possible for substances such as radicals etc to diffuse through the Ozone hole?
Substances such as CFC's Can diffuse into Stratosphere,
but can substances diffuse from Stratosphere to Troposhpere

Re: Diffusion

@1: doesn't have to go through ozone hole, i can go through the stratosphere even the hole wasn't there. Just that there's only a very small probability that will happen.

@2: certainly is.... though due to the relatively immobile nature of stratosphere, it would not occur very readily.
