Will read that scene through and get back to you with more ideas. This is general Marxism which I know and understand. (and sympathesise with!). |

A Marxist reading of King Lear reveals a juncture between the old feudal form and the emerging capitalist form of society. don't ask me what that means. i am highly confused. so are marxists FOR or AGAINST feudalism? in this case, is feudalism synonomous with aristocracy? |
