About to finish my first year at a non-Go8 university.

I failed two units, but other then that I have a credit (~65) average.
What are my chances transfering to a Go8 university? Which Go8 university would I be most likely to be accepted at?
Will I get credit for my BBus studies if I transfer to a BCom course?
What are the deadlines?

The OP's on the stickies are years old, and quite frankly I don't have time to read through ~30 pages.
