Currently doing a B of Arts/Education (5 years) at USYD, wanting to transfer to B Arts/Education at UNSW (4 years). Worth it or is it just better to stay at USYD?

Well none are really 'better', it just depends on your preference
If you feel that you'd enjoy UNSW better for what ever reason (whether if it's because you've always wanted to go there, it's less travel, major not available in usyd etc) then go! However if you have no particular reason, and you enjoy usyd then stay!
They have similar reputations and both have their own pros and cons
