Transferring from arts to commerce mid year at USYD? (1 Viewer)

I got an ATAR of ~93, which isnt high enough to be accepted into my first preference, Engineering/Commerce, but I have been accepted into Engineering/Arts (side note: what are my chancing of getting into eng/com in the 2nd round offer?). What arts subjects would I need to undergo to be able to transfer in mid 2017 or at latest late 2017 to engineering/commerce while still managing to complete uni in 5 years? Also, how well would I need to perform to do this? Thanks
