is it difficult to transfer from a fee paying place to a hecs place? do they make it harder because they know you CAN pay your way through the course?

If its an external transfer (through UAC), then nothing except academic performance will judge your transfer.

Is it through uac?? i got offer to industrial design at unsw but it was fee - i musta fkd up somthn when i applied cause wsnt suposd to b and im wondering how ez it is to change to HECS
