hey guys, I need help
I'm goona transfer to another uni this year, but I 'm not sure do I need to resign my old uni first or resign later when I enrol to the new uni?

one does not, as a student, 'resign' from a university (unless you're also a tutor there, but rather withdraw one's enrolment.

best way is to enrol in the new course and then withdraw.

judging by the cars there, i would think not ( too many vacant parking spaces too and not enough bicycles :uhhuh: )
