8 Jul 2009, 8:23 AM ![]() | Diploma of Law in other states You can hide this advertisement by registering. The Law Institute of Victoria states in the area that deals with admission to legal practice that you need a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a Victorian University OR a "Bachelor of Laws from an interstate university and a Rule 4.14(2) certificate from one of Deakin, Latrobe, Monash or Melbourne Universities." Do you think that this would equally apply to an interstate Juris Doctor, or the NSW Diploma of Law? |
