after a long queue to check ids etc got into exam room at 8:30
8:35 sit and waits...
9:00 waits...
9:30 still waiting..
9:50 waiiiiiii....zzzzzzZZZZzzzzZZZZ....
10:00 finally starts the exam and half way thru, regretting waking up so early...

overall it is alright... missed 2 shapes and guessed a couple of questions.. and unsure about quite a few others...felt stupid sitting next to some guy who finished each section 10min early tho

Those section 3 type 2 shapes made me feel dizzy but other than that it was alright except you had to read fast.

all in all, wasn't too difficult. section one and two were easy enough, finished with time to spare.
section 3 tho, i got all the shapes in the first part, but some of the patterns were fully hard. like that one with the snail, that could have started and finished anywhere....

but all in all, i think the prep i did wasn't all that necessary, wasn't as hard as i thought it'd be...

Some great quotes from the guys in charge...

"Do we have anyone with starting an h? like h-a, as in ha ha?"

"In section 1 you are reminded to..EEErrrrAAAAC...follow instructions"
(something like that...sounded like his voice was breaking again)

Oh and the UMAT was pure evil.

Snail puzzle was silly! And yeah - it could have started/finished anywhere! It just kept going round and round... So what the hell?

The rest of the sequence ones were ok - but the Type II shapes are too hard...

i had the afternoon session too
i was there at 1pm, waited there for an hour.

i just got home at 8pm
the exam finished at "6:03pm" lol

same as telepathic
Section 1 and 2 were good, i finished under time and had time to check answers quickly

but section 3, as the guy was talking, i looked for shapes heheh.
i got the first type 1 out, (it was A)

but the type 2's i skipped,
i moved onto the sequences and got those ones right.
questions 95 - 110 i think

i couldnt work out Q110 though
i think it was either:

a) 25 (40) 45
OR
e) 45 (40) 25

i guessed about 10 questions in the end, as time was running out trying to look for shapes (pages and pages of type 1/2s)

i think i went alright/average :)
can't wait to get our results back

... and how cold was it!!!!

there was:

a) 25 (40) 45
then there was

e) 45 (40) 25

but there was also:

c) 25 (40) 44

i think that's right :)
because i had my fingers spaced out over A, C and E

i didnt get that one out
it was the last Q.

i found the 'plain' type 1 questions
but couldn't find any of the shaded ones
(why... why .. why!!)

i skipped type 2s completely, because i knew i'd be there for a long time before i found anything

i didnt listen to the guy talking, i read the Qs instead :p

i found the type II ones much easier on paper, cause you could actually turn the sheet about and just go from there. if you had a bit of time, they were easy to get out...

o crap diddnt even see that option-_-... but im pretty sure its 1 of the 45s not 44 coz the differences increases by 1 each time and it was something like 37+8=45...

i did all the last questions(wrongly as it now may seem) but i couldnt get the first sequencing problem... i was like wtf?

i got half of the type 2s ....am happy enough. but when i went thru it the first time there were 3 qs(2type1s and 1type2) i couldnt get no matter how hard i looked so i skipped it, but when i came back to them at the end i got the 2 type 1s straight away... wierd. they're prolly right when they say you can either see them pretty quickly or spend hours crossing your eyes over them

Edit: sif ne1 wasted time listening to the guy droning on bout "...tests your logical reasoning, do not turn over...." when you could be using the time to get a few qs out first:D
