| Would a 17 year old sleeping with a 15 year old be charged the same as a 50 year old?
Would a 17 year old be charged for sleeping with a 15 year old? Or better yet, would a 16 year old be charged with statutory rape if they slept with a 15 year old? If so, is it the same charge as say a 50 year old person with a 15 year old person.
P.S. This isn't my situation. I'm just interested to know. |
