Bored of Studies - View Single Post - Would a 17 year old sleeping with a 15 year old be charged the same as a 50 year old?

how about an 18 year old sleeping with a 16 year old? That's another possibility - only one of the age of consent but less than 2 years difference (obviously not my situation, but it would be interesting to know the answers, if there are any).

EDIT: my mistake. The above few posts weren't up when I posted so I didn't realise the age of consent for all states (so the topic Question and my question were one in the same).
