As much as you want it depends on your writing speed. Just be clear and concise and include everything relevant/needed.
Usually try and include 1 quote+technique for each mark and provide each effect and link to discovery. Also make sure to include composer, form, and title of the work.

5 and 6 marker questions are usually extended responses so be sure to use paragraphing in that section. The idea is to make a mini essay where you have 2 body paragraphs with around 2 - 3 quotes each.
