yeah i got that one wrong, 96% just sounded way too much to me... apart from that i only really screwed up one other question on networks (the last one) and ill find out about the rest when the results are out! but im pretty confident with my other answers.

Re: 2009 Exam 2

umm the one where u put in the other path then the earliest completion time, im an idiot and didnt do the path at B for god knows whatever reason, and i said that it didnt effect the completion time coz it wasnt on the critical path, which i think was also wrong, only 2 marks ill drop in networks i reckon...what did u get for each of those?

Re: 2009 Exam 2

i think i got something like 25 weeks as u put L from before B to after GF or something like that and L is 4 and Gand F are 5 so it doesnt change the critical path but then L takes four weeks longer then expected making it 8 weeks making that the critical path pushing it back by 3 weeks, i think if thats the one your talking about

that would be exactly what i got
except it made L 7 weeks not 8, but i did get 25 weeks too so im guessin we had the same answer

Re: 2009 Exam 2

Yeah L was 3 weeks so you put it after B, joined to after C(i think), then it increased by 4 weeks, but it had a slack time of 1 week therefore it increase the critical time to 25.

I havent noticed any mistakes in my working from any of these posts, so pretty happy.

Did everybody else love the question in business maths asking show that if the annual rate is 4.4% that quarterly rates will be 1.1%?

yeah, so i completely stuffed up the networks q, only part i did right was putting the beginning of L at completion of B, dunno if that will get a mark though...

yes i did love that annual to quarterly question, think business maths was fine for me, only question i have was when asked to find the interest rate.......was it 6x12 = 72, but then was it 72/380 or 72/500???

just cant believe i didnt make pearson a negative either!!!!
