Further maths modules

Hey everyone im just wondering which modules in further maths do u think are the easiest in your own opinion?

my school does the core plus 3 modules each year (graphs, matrices and business maths) and they say that they pick it because those are probably the quickest/easiest ones to do but business maths doesnt look very straightforward to me (im only in year 11 though). They also say that the reason they dont pick trig is because students find it hard to finish because it takes a while to do in the exam as well as sacs

So what are everyone's thoughts on the modules?

Re: Further maths modules

Matrices and Networks are ridiculously, ridiculously easy if you put some effort into them. Only the really tricky questions with these can lead you to drop marks.

I'd say that of the modules, Trig and Business are probably the worst to do, but it's different for different people.

Re: Further maths modules

Trig can be a bit confusing sometimes, but I found it ok, Didn't really like it though. Number patterns are easy as, and I did graphs and relations which was simple too.

Re: Further maths modules

generally most people can't say as it may change from person to person and people can't compare as they only do 3 out of the 6 modules, it's best to ask your teacher for their opinion...but it doesn't really matter anyway because you're stuck with the modules your school picks...i guess you CAN always go your own way but the teacher will be A LOT less helpful
