Hi Revolutionaries,
I am just wondering where those of you currently on France are up to this week (week 5) as a guide to whether my class is using time efficiently.
We are learning about the Cahiers de Doleances.
Thanks =]

Re: What are you up to..

We've just finished AOS 1 for French (Week 6)
Have the SAC in week 8, about Marie Antoinette.

Next week I think we are going over the revolutionary leaders? Not sure.

a sac purely about marie antoinette?
that seems a bit strange, since she isn't a main focus of the course

Youch! That's ages away. Means you'll have lots of SAC's clustered together later on in the year when you need to be concentrating on exams

My first History SAC is next Friday.

I got my half yearly in 2 weeks. Though we are doing the Russian revolution. I'm so over Russia, we did the fall of the Romanov's for Prelim and now we are doing Russia for our national study and Trotsky for our personality...

It was "To what extent was Marie Antoinette responsible for the rise in revolutionary tension till in 1789" or something like that, so it wasn't all about her.

Now we are up to the Terror.
