Yeah, but what that's kind of what I meant - you won't find many questions which directly state "Marie Antoinette" in them, because I don't think she's mentioned in the study design. Sieyes, Louis XVI or even the royal family perhaps, but generally not her. Still, it's good to be prepared for everything!

We are currently about one third of the way through Area of Study 2, about to begin on the Terror.

Our Area of Study 1 Sac was a visual analysis. I only got an A I was kind of disappointed =[ Ha.

Well, we had a Part 2 (which wasn't really part of the SAC but kind of was) that were short answers about Sieyes, Tennis Court Oath, etc.

I'm not complaining, it was the same SAC as last year

Started Russia. I like it better than French, it seems simpler and easier.

I've given up on History.

Been pulling 5-8 hour study days, but I've only been working on my other 4 subjects. My crappy teacher killed what interest I had in this subject, so I'll let it drift to the bottom 2.

I have pretty good English skills and remember lots of random shiz, so hopefully I can pull a 30 or above with little-no work.

Re: What are you up to..

Russian/American here. I'm feeling 'ok' but I know I have a hella long way to go with revision. Right now we're still holding History class just for revision. So, hopefully we're getting more of an edge.

Can't wait to get the exam over with, but dreading it none the less. What percent do we have to score in the History exam to knock a 40+?

to ^

depends on the difficulty of the exam. But usually i'd say above 90%.

Re: What are you up to..

Cutoff last year was 130/160, or 65/80. That's what the top 10% of students scored - hence, you'd need slightly higher than that to get over 40, since over 40 is top 8 or 9%.
