hi,

i was wondering how we incorperate the evaluation into Q3?

I've got another question. In Paper1 section 3 ...in our essay, when we're talking about our related texts, do we have to constantly relate it back to the set text ...or do we just describe the techniques and how effective they are in each text and relate to the question and NOT to the set text?

There is no rule saying that the Board can't stipulate that we use more than one stim book text, or even certain ones in particular, if they so desire.

Teachers aren't infallible...

You'll find the following inside the front cover of the stimulus booklet:

To clear things up, I just rang the HSC Advice Line.
The person answered my phone said you will need to study TWO Skrzynecki's peoms. ONLY ONE text from the stimulus booklet of your choice and TWO additional materials with different types of text.

Ideally, you'd want to relate it to both - an integrated response.

It's not compulsory unless the question specifies it - but better responses will use at least two.
