10 Jun 2007, 11:04 PM ![]() | When a question says to refer to additional texts of your own choosing, do you have to do two? I know that you should prepare for 2 but when it doesn't really specify can you do just one? |

27 Jan 2006, 10:04 PM ![]() | the BOS has too much expectations if they want us to write 2 additional along with 3 PS poems and one stimulus. not to mention that we have to deal with each texts explictly with reference to 3 techniques in each, an analysis of the notion of journey presented and the effectiveness of the techniques in 40 min. pfft... i doubt that even my teachers can do that in 40 minutes.... I AM GOING WITH ONE ADDITIONAL, 2 PS AND 1 STIMULUS |

You should know one stimilus booklet text in detail. Your should know at least two additional texts that can help to support you concept. Remember you can be asked to have two such as "you perscribed text, stimius booklet text and at least TWO additional texts" or it can be one such as "your perscribed text, stimilus booklet text and ONE additional text" Also remember when it says at least then a number just do the number. For example if it says "at least ONE text" only do one, don't bother doing two unless you can really pull it off, otherwise it is a waste of your time!! |

Cause that way you can have roughly 8-10 minutes on each text and still fit in time for a decent introduction and conclusion. | |
