What is your art folio like?

I'm just wondering what other people's themes are and how they are going to present their folio for unit 3. Maybe you could provide pictures.

I'm doing general art 3/4. My theme is birds and right now I'm working on hybrids and technological advances on animals like Patricia Piccinini has done (she's my inspiration).

What have you done?

Re: What is your art folio like?

argh I am stressing with my art folio. I am sort of redoing mine again. By that I mean I am transferring it to a plastic sleeve folio and adding a few pages so its easier. My theme was quotes but I am doing 3 major pieces around Shakespears quote Methods of Madness.
I would upload a couple pictures of my folio but I cannot find them atm

Re: What is your art folio like?

My folio is based on the negatives of drinking in adolescent females. It's based mostly on my personal experiences and all my work is very personal and open to interpretation.

I just want people to look at my work and try and gain something out of it, learn something, find a new view on these issues.

Re: What is your art folio like?

my art folio is full of doodles and sketches that are most of the time completely irrelevent to the subject at hand. But my teacher tells me not to throw them out, (it's all a part of your learning progression, she assures me)
In the first term I filled 3 sketchbooks, and I have a large Folio for Prelim sketches relevant to the topic, and one Folio for the final and finished ones.

Im only doing art 1 2 Self Portraits right now, inspired by Salvador Dali. ^^
