to get a band 6 , do we have 2 get 90+ raw marks or is it that r marks have 2 be greater than 90 after scaling n stuff.....

No one knows for sure.

But from other past years people who did the exam said they probably got near the band 6 cut off.

But remember that how a subject aligns has nothing to do with past years alignment.

It depends on the exam.

apparently, to get into the honour roll (that band six, I presume that's what you mean), the average of your moderated assessed mark (school mark) and the external exam mark must be greater than 90.

i know, it's depressing. I really hope that I am wrong here.

The latter. Your mark needs to be equal to or greater than 90 after the Board has aligned it to the course standards.

No one knows as said many times.

For physics most people who have done the exam have said you probably need close to 90 anyway.

But it changes year to year so no one will know.
