65 raw mark in your exam?
Or 65 HSC mark.

...or 65 "raw" assessment mark?

I assume you're talking about your raw examination mark (which gets reported to you as your aligned exam mark).

You might also want to play around with:

If you were to receive the highest raw mark in the state, I suppose it would be scaled magnificently (that was the word you were looking for).

I doubt the highest raw exam mark in the state, for 2U Mathematics would be 65, but even using your example (hypothetical situation), it would also be dependent on your assessment ranking for Maths itself.

I'm not too sure with this though, sorry.

The top mark in the state almost always corresponds to a very high scaled mark.

Uhh. Top 25% is a bit more variable.

There isn't really a hard and fast rule you can apply in that case. Depends on a number of other factors.
