history scaling? (1 Viewer)

hey i was just checking out that table u have showing how much a subject has been scaling in the past few years...ancient history had a scaling of -0.1 and modern had a scaling of 2.0...can someone explain to me why modern is scaled above ancient?

The Modern History candidature performed better than the Ancient History candidature in the HSC exam.

By the performance of the students in that particular course as well as others (As well as a whole load of mathematics)

Or, more specifically, by the average performance of the candidature over all the courses they took relative to the average performances of all other students over all the courses they took.

That was meant to clarify, not confuse. :p
