u can't, BOS internally scales ur raw marks and gives u an aligned mark, which is wot u receive when hsc results are released. these are reviewed each year by markers, and will vary depending on the difficulty of the exam, and the various criteria they set. so basically they decide, if u get 80 in a particular exam, this will be aligned to say 90, if it was a difficult test. u really can't tell how they are going to align ur raw marks cos they change each year. but u can make an estimate of wot u expect ur aligned marks to be, and from that, use SAM to give a fairly accurate estimate of ur UAI. but again, these things change every year, so u have to take them with a pinch of salt
