It would be quite hard you would need to get like +5 higher in all ur HSC exams relative to your assssment marks, but I guess if you are wanting that might as well work really hard and see what happens

Well it could come down to certain subjects and such in order to gain few points here and there. e.g. what are your ranks like and current subject scores?
If you be strategic in your subjects and what you focus on improving, you can probably add a few points here and there. e.g. focusing more on the subjects that will give you the most points for increased improvement (without neglecting anything). And don't forget bonus points! You may be eligible for some.
