AGSM ranked leading business school in Australia for Executive Programs

15 May 2006
The Financial Times (UK) 2006 ranking of executive programs placed AGSM as the leading business school in Australia for the fifth successive year with an international ranking of 39. AGSM’s Open Enrolment Programs, with a ranking of 30, were placed as the leaders in the Australian market.

Mr Graeme Gherashe, AGSM’s Director Executive Programs stated, “this result is testament to the quality of AGSM’s Executive Programs team. Our faculty are world-class academics with international reputations in their respective fields and our program delivery team are highly competent professionals.

“We are committed to continual improvement and recently introduced a new model of client engagment in response to feedback from our clients. We are building our capabilities in program design and delivery and look forward to the next year as we increase our expansion into the Asian market,” says Mr Gherashe.

The Financial Times annual survey of executive education programs is one of the most prestigious worldwide. It independently assesses, via client evaluation: faculty quality, course design, new skills attained, value for money and intention to continue working with the institution.

I guess for two reasons:

1. Inform fellow BOS'ers

and

2. By doing point 1 above - hopefully it will in some way reduce the number of "UNSW vs USyd which is better for Commerce" threads that seem to crop up every so often - which IMHO is more spam material than any of the threads that I come up with.
