Would accounting at TAFE make a big difference? Is it realy worth tring appling at the big 4? isnt there so many ppl and like after you get past interviews and everythig is there a chance they can chage there mind about you? |

Employers don't only look at the way you can study and your acedemic skills, they also look at your personal skills and your extra co. There's no point in hiring someone who can do their work, but won't talk to cilents or doesn't have soft skills.

| JaCe'd 華人 | Re: Accounting Cadetships 2009 on a sidenote, from what i can see, most of the ppl on cadetships did not get over the 99 UAI mark. whilst some did, and i can name them too, i don't think it's the defining characteristic. the far more important thing is the way they interact with people and have shown that in the past, they have the capacity to act professionally and a willingness to learn.
