I'll add Pan's Labyrinth, Magnolia, Pulp Fiction (bit cliche I guess but it's undeniably good) and Blue Velvet.

A cult film is one that didn't originally have a good reception or following and then gathered one overtime.

So yes, pulp fiction is one (I think, I've never seen it).
