Hahaha.
They are movies not true musicals. (Camp, grease 2 etc )
Camp is a comedy about a drama with singing in it.. But a musical is genrally a stage production.. movie musicals are very different.
But meh, my fave ' musicals '
would have to be.

- West Side Story
- Porgy and Bess

Umn, My fair lady, is brilliant. And sound of music while originally a movie is great too.
And while we're on movie musicals can't go past Merry Poppins.

Phantom of the Opera!! It's so brilliant... I love it even though I noramlly don't like musicals.

Yeah, he's completely incredible- he wrote his first musical when he was in his teens, or so I heard.

As to fav.s, 'Phantom of the Opera', 'West Side Story', 'Evita' and 'Cabaret' are definately at the top of my list.

i have been in Godspell, Le Mis, A musical version of McBeth and we are currently doing tommy. I really love Tommy, its great, and i love the who so it works well for me. If we pull it off it will be so fucking good.
