boob jobs [unless you're an A cup and fat or something.. then thats just sad ]
lip injections
butt gel
that ridiculous eyelid surgery asians get

acceptable:
nose job
pinning ears back
liposuction (only for spot reduction when you've lost heaps of weight and you look fucked up and out of proportion)
tummy tuck

Yeah really variable. I used to think it was rational to get a crack in my skull on my forehead filled with silicon to look normal. Now cbf.
