a few friends have been called back for '2nd interviews' at various times.
yeah, it means they like you and its sorta like a short-list
but it doesnt necessarily mean you will get the job

Yeah it means they are seriously considering you but have afew good applicants.Think up some impressive reasons why you wanna work there, and dazzle them with your charm!

Basically, I think I only got my job because I turned up to the interview although I was a little sick. So I think they though 'Wow! she's commited and dedicated and determined'...
