$15-20 English / Biology / History / IT / Maths TUTOR

WANT TUITION IN HSC ENGLISH, BIOLOGY, ANCIENT HISTORY, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

$15 p/h for trial (first) lesson...$20 p/h thereafter
I'll also tutor prelim or for other HSC/Prelim subjects such as Maths as long as its not HSC 2U+ (general maths is ok)

Who?
 • My name is Ari
 • I just finished the HSC (2006 grad)
 • Click Here to Email me:)
 • Or PM me if its more convenient
 • You can add me on MSN: ari_skylne [at] hotmail [dot] com
 • I might as well now add my number: ------
 • I have some tutoring experience...probably more than most:p
 • If you want to judge me as a person or how well I'll tutor by what UAI I get (even though thats probably a stupid measurement), a UAI of 94 is easily in reach for me...
What?
 • HSC TUITION:...........Biology(1), English(4), Ancient History(3), Information Technology(1), General Maths
 • HSC HELP:.................History Extension(1), 2U Maths(8) <- If you need help with these subs I can just fit it in whenever
 • School Certificate:....History, Maths, Science, English
 • GENERAL:..................Any maths up to year 10, English, Pre-HSC science, Commerce, computer studies...just ask
How Much?

Well, I ain't here to become a millionaire...so I reckon my prices are reasonable. (Prices per hour)
 • First lesson ONLY $15
 • Other lessons ONLY $20
Where?

I'd prefer something in the following areas, mostly so I can actually get there..or if you want to come to me *thinks of incentives to help cut travel costs*
 • Castle Hill, Cherrybrook, West Pennant Hills and surrounding areas - so essentially the Hills/Hornsby council area...
 • Therefore: Castle Hill library, your house or my house...or if you have some suggestions
NB: I would prefer people who are motivated to work and succeed no matter what level you're at...whether you're at the top, just passing or failing. Anyone can achieve a satisfying HSC mark as long as you apply yourself and have the right guidance. (I'll make sure you don't procrastinate as much as me or make the same mistakes I have)

Credentials (so far)

hi, Im looking for a biology tutor. I see you do really well in that subject.

Im doing the hsc course now and will be completing it in year 2007.

Im really keen to do well in this subject as it has hard concepts to overcome.
Is parramatta library too far? well, castle hill is not too far from me but parra is preferred for me.

anyway, look forward to hear from you.

I should update:

UAI: 92.55
Was looking at 96+ easily if my assessment marks were equal to my HSC exam marks...however, lets just say my cohort wasn't going to win any genius awards so they scaled my assessments marks down heaps which really bummed me out.

E.g.

Adv English
HSC EXAM: 92
Assessment: 84
(and that was with the assessment rank of 4th...I got the highest exam mark in the class i believe so the low assessment mark was due to my class going bad.)

Ancient History:
HSC EXAM: 90

I recommend ari.

He knows his material and is dedicated to helping you achieve.

Also, he'll call you at random times such as when you're eating and strike up light-hearted conversationz. Or maybe that's just me.
