Red face 99.95 ATAR | State Ranker | Y5-12 Private Tutoring

Hi! My name is Daphne and I graduated in 2018 as the Dux of Pymble Ladies' College with an ATAR of 99.95, having held a full academic scholarship there from 2013. I achieved a state rank of 17th in HSC Chemistry and received scholarship offers from a number of universities, including the University of Sydney where I will be studying the Bachelor of Science/Doctor of Medicine.

I am available to tutor students across all years in subjects including English (Adv. & Ext.), Mathematics (2U, 3U & 4U), Chemistry and Latin. I am open to 1:1 lessons or in a small group (2-3 students), as well as via Skype. My rates are negotiable depending on which type of lesson is preferred. Essay/creative marking for English is also available for $15 per piece.

In my final years of high school, I balanced my extensive academic commitments with leadership roles including as Prefect, Captain of Community Service and Captain of English. These roles not only helped me develop my skills in leadership and communication, but also necessitated a strong work ethic and capacity to manage time.

I am committed to helping my students improve by encouraging them to develop the underlying skills in critical thinking and independence which are critical for success across all subjects, as well as passing on valuable study strategies I have picked up over the years. My lessons are tailored to each student's needs and learning style, and I am always open to suggestions.
