I'm available to tutor the following subjects: Chemistry, Physics, Maths Extension 1/2:

Chemistry: I got 95 for Chem in the HSC,

Chemistry Olympiad: I represented Australia in the 2004 International Chemistry Olympiad and got a bronze medal; I topped NSW in the National Qualifying Exam(2003) and came 2nd in Australia in the Final Selection Exam (2004),

Physics: I got 95 for Physics in the HSC,

Maths Extension 1: I got 99 for Maths Extension 1 in the HSC,

Maths Extension 2: I got 97 for Maths Extension 2 in the HSC + I've participated in the AMOC program, and have received UNSW competition certificates, AMC prizes and 1 AMC medal (top 30).

I'm not so confident tutoring German Continuers, which I can still tutor. I got 97 for German Continuers.

I live in the Hurstville area, so if anyone is interested, please PM me. Rates are roughly $25-30/hour.

You could have posted a year ago.

A Chemistry tutor would have been helpful for me.

German too.

well think of it in terms of the number of standard deviations away from the mean - thats all its saying - the probability of achieving a result at least "c" standard deviations away from the mean is less than 1/c^2

Hmm yeah its not difficult to grasp, its more 'whats the point of it' than 'what is it saying'

I'll take that crash course in stats.

And let me know when the molecular bio crash course is ready.

And while I'm at it, can I get some chem tutoring at a discount with those two packages? :p

If only I had read Xiao's post before I did my stats exam.

I recommend nit as he is a total freak in chemistry.
