Which tutoring centre is good for year 11 if you wanna do ESL, physics, chemistry, ext 1 math?

1. talent 100
2. matrix
3. alpha omega ????

Re: Best tutoring college for year 11? OPINIONS PLEASE THX

For one is know that maths is really good at prior. Since i have been doing maths 3 and 4 there and comin first in 4u and 2nd in 3u (i should be first but stuffed first assessment), i would have to say without prior i would not be good at maths. They always hire people who get 95+ atars plus they have at least 10 people who are currently doing medicine and they have 5 who are doing going to do phds in maths. There is also 3-4 teachers who already have there phDs in maths. So i would have to say that maths is really good at prior.

Now, i would also have to say that the english at prior is not to good but i dont think they do esl. I would not personally recommend doing english at prior as prior stuffed me up for those. But i heard that english at MATRIx was pro.

Now iam not sure about chem and physics as i did not do them at prior, but the people they usually hire are moslty all medicine students so it has to be alright. Iam not sure about matrixs.

Also, at prior they have this aswesome ass tutor who does medicine and is like a freek at maths. He did 4 unit maths in year 9 and he topped the state and he also got 100 in 3 units maths. Name is david wang u can check for yourself.

i dont like advertising stuff for free but i would have to say prior helped a considerable amount through year 12 and if i knew about it in yr 11 i would have diffently have gone there. it really gives u a great appreciation for maths.

But a downside to prior, like all the other institutions, it is pretty expensive. If you do choose to go to prior, i would not recomment doing more than subjects as the work load is far to great, i would say 2 is the max, but u can try 3 then if u find it hard go down to 2. Now again if u wanna do 3 subjects its going to cost u a bucket load for 2 years it will probably cost u around 40 - 50 thoussand dollars. But like i said for me spending almost 15 000 dollars at prior for maths was worth all the money because it helped so much.

Im not sure the pricing or quality for all other insitutions.

Matrix is also pretty expensive; but i dont think quite as expensive as prior.

English .. well friends say its quite poor at english, and imo, if ure going to do ESL perhaps a private tutor is the way to go - build up some skills for year 12 [depends if u need it, i dont have a tutor for english and doing fine]

Matrix, from what I hear are really good for chem and physics; not so for maths (unless you are in the accelerated class - which there was only 1 this year)

Maths; well there are a wide range of options .. you dont have to stay to the same college for all your tutoring subjects.

I went to James An for physics and I improved a lot, But i believe that was because it was a small class of < 5 people and were all keen.

Idk about those, best to check how many students are in the class. The teacher to student ratio is important.

For maths, the awesome ass maths tutor is at bondi. I went to bondi, it was alright but if ur really serious i would go to chatswood since they do much better in the prior exams and they are much more serious in studying. Overal both are good.

and i agree with evil, u should get a private tutor for esl.

Thank you for all of your valuable feedback.
I'm just wondering could anyone give me feedback about talent 100 and alpha omega too?

Cuz I got into the Math acceleration class at alpha omega, and I'm wondering should I do it or not?
