Three extended Responde Questions I had to do for legal. We Had to have LCMD and Law reform 4 each:
What are rights and how are they recognized and enforced?
How effective are the legal measures both domestically and internationally in addressing human rights issues?
How effective are non legal measures?

natural justice or procedural fairness follows two rules
rule against bias: Right to be heard by a judge that is free from bias
hearing rule:right to a fair hearing by an inpartial judge

I am doing a law unit called "Law and Society" in my studies, please feel free to ask questions that you may have. (I do recommend you research them prior though).
