14 Feb 2007, 8:39 PM ![]() | There is so much stuff to know. Its one thing doing sacs but remembering it all for the exam is hard, although the questions seem to be very general so hopefully it will be ok. |

2 Jan 2006, 9:13 AM ![]() | our teacher got her copy of it 30 mins into the exam. when we came out, she had answered it, photocopied it and gave it to us to take home. i only made 1 mistake worth 2 marks in the WHOLE exam (question 10aiii- i answered the wrong pre-trial procedures, however i answered the reason why she would have used them)..... so according to my teachers' answers i got 58/60....... 97%!!!!!!!!!!!! i was ranked #3 in my class so what study score is the most realistic??? anyone know??? thanks |

14 Feb 2007, 8:39 PM ![]() | I did questions 9 & 10 I think they were really easy, although I am not sure I went into enough detail in the 12 mark question in question 9 about law making through parliament and the courts. It was a simple enough question that I had answered before but still it wasn't my best effort. How much did everyone write for their 12 mark question? I think I did well but legal isn't a particularly difficult subject so most people do and that is why it is scaled down. |

6 Feb 2007, 8:20 PM ![]() | the reason i think the high court question may have been 4 marks is because it may have required a definition of its role (i think noted from previous reports). Maybe you had to say...established under s71 and jursidiction under s76 to hear constitutional disputes. i thought the exam was good. i did question 8 and 10. the juries quote was a bit vague - i decided to include the role of the jury in criminal cases just in case! i wrote around 14 pages all together lol |
