Help with contemporary designer assessment? (1 Viewer)

What do you write for these factors that determine the 'success or failure' of designers? :
External- ecological (it doesn't really apply, so I'm not sure of what to write..)
Internal- facilities (I haven't come across any great information on this)

I'm doing Alex Perry by the way, so if anyone did him for their assessment, could you please send me links or lead me in the right direction please?

I'm doing Alex Perry too. It's so fucked up though. I'm having to make everything up because I can find nothing on anything, only the same friggin article about 1000 times on different websites: :angry:
