    Question Why do tradesmen think they are engineers ?

    As above ^

    Because an 'engineer' is a loosely regulated job title.

    Based on the AQF, the majority of industries as well as Engineer's Australia and Professionals Australia would not recognise that course as a sufficient qualification to be an engineer.
