usyd doesn't offer materials science
but it offers courses within materials science

for instance, i could have elected to take materials chemistry this semester, but i didn't because it's a shit, boring, dog of a subject.

I do the kind of subjects you're interested in, considering majoring in biochem, and the lecturers are absolutely fantastic and there is a lot of support if you accept it. Love Usyd

Psych at Usyd is far more arts based than UNSW. So it's a "science" here, not a science.

could've sworn i did neuroscience last sem which had more in common with human biology than anything else. and they're trying to 'sciencify' it by handing all admin over to the science faculty next year - even if you're doing the arts version.

having said that, i am trying to fill it with as many arts subjects as possible lol

no pysch no, ew, science type subjects for me (i was doing arts subjects last sem, went very well, but too annoying, waste of time)
