With the subjects you've chosen, I believe aiming for undergrad med is aiming a bit too unrealistically high. Medicine is an extremely competitive area, and doing subjects completely unrelated to med does not help you out at all.

Beyond that though, I disagree with Aquablack's jab that you have no chance of getting into uni with those subjects. As long as you work hard and get good consistent results at the top of your class you will have a good chance of 80 +. But please don't overestimate your ability. It will not be easy to prove yourself in the HSC.
