Hey Im looking for any one that wants to share house/flatmates or anyone that has a room where they are staying in the inner suburbs(for uts or usyd). Looking to spend 80-150 pw (roughly) for room.

Im female, into guitar/bass, like punk/harcore/emo music, mostly quite, non-smoker. I will share with anyone who is cool and easy going. Ah yeah and im appying to do commerce at uts or usyd

That's not the most constructive advice you can give. I doubt that there would be such bad people going to UTS or U Syd.
