you are on the borderline for an innovation scholarship flyin (same as me) I think it's from 98.5 - 99.49

my fwend already received a super innovation award last week sayn that he'd get it if he chooses to study at mq.
....so u reckon there's still chance they send out innovations later?

Yeah I think so, just depends on how many people put macquaire as a first preference.

depends how many people with higher uais choose macq as their first choice ... hopefully all those people go elsewhere ...

i want my scholarship ! ...

borderline means our chances are slim ... very very slim ... but it would be a late christmas gift if i did get it ... oh well .. fingers crossed ...

Anybody know when scholarship offers get sent out? Do we get them before or after offers? and does anyone know what the Sydney ones are based on after you have achieved the UAI requirement?

it depends what type of scholarship ... some have already been offered while others are still waiting ... some scholarships depend purely on uais ... while other depend on a combination of things beside uais (such as extracurricular, school reports) ...

Same I want it too, but I don't think I'll be going to macquarie, UNSW looks better. The chances are slim just have to hope no one goes to macquaire who got UAI's of 99+.

the good thing is many 98.5+ student opt to other course at unsw and usdy before even considering macq ... but i read in the macq uni board that they give out those scholarships evenly across the departments ... and since actuarial is so popular and respected at macq, i would suspect that my chances have plummeted compared with if i did a not so popular course ... but i guess this is what i get for missing the mark by that much ...

yeah, as flyin' said, some have already been given out, while others haven't.

Coop and the USYD entrance scholarships have already been offered.
