20 Sep 2007, 3:13 AM  | So a university's worth is based on how nice the campuses are? Both UTS and MAQ are good unis. Each have their areas of speciality... e.g. macquarie is highly regarded for actuarial, psych etc... UTS for communications, IT, business etc. |

9 Jun 2005, 1:40 PM | UWS and ACU have quite good teaching faculties, whereas the big4 Sydney unis are more aimed at Professional jobs like law, Business, Medicine, Science, etc

20 Mar 2010, 8:08 AM | maquarie is commerce (esp actuarial) and psych...it is reknown in the business world... all this talk of reputation and prestige is pretty stupid...the fact of the matter is if ur a shit student that goes to the "prestigious universities" (e.g syd/nsw etc), the prestige cannot save u...marks r far mre important than prestige...and unis like maq and uts r still held in high regard
